Aerobic fitness, strength training, flexibility, core strength, and balance. In each class, you will be challenging yourself in all 5 areas as well as in your mind. These classes are for everyone from beginner level all the way to advanced.

Core & Sweat

Stamina & Resistance

Blast those abs with this high intensity circuit of total body training with a core focus. This class will be a high calorie burn. Focus on strengthening the abdominals and low back through a variety of exercises. This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt and core.
