I wanted to add new workout to get these last 10 pounds off and get off of this plateau!! Jodi’s workout kicked our A$$!! Jodi and the people in class are high energy and motivating!! When you look at photos of the people at the gym, and see a group of fit people, don’t think for a minute we started that way. Jodi and the staff at the gym made us that way. When you take a class at the gym, you start out thinking “I can’t do this” and end the work out thinking “I did it and it felt great – can’t wait until the next one!” Jodi and her staff will push you to your limits, while encouraging you to do your best. They will teach you proper technique, at whatever your skill level is. You will never get in a rut because you never do the same workout twice. The nice thing is that you don’t have to sign up for a gym membership to take classes – you can pay as you go or buy a package. You’re not stuck in a contract. But, you’ll go back, because these workouts are addictive. You have the option of group classes (Sweat Shoppe) or semi-private (Small Shoppe), or Open Gym (go at your own pace). You can do any or all. If you’re ready to stop messing around and get fit, this is the place. It’s no joke!

Best workout-consistently. Whatever your level, Jodi workouts will change your fitness level, functionality and body shape. Amazingly, you’ll also stay challenged and have fun every time. With an educated, safe approach, Jodi designs every class or training session to increase strength, cardiovascular function, stability and power. You’ll work muscles you ever knew you had and gain lean body mass visibly. She’ll push you to the limit and somehow, you can’t wait to return. I started because of post-preg back pain/scoliosis and knee issues- pain managed bc I’m stronger and balanced. I’ve been going 6 days a week – but only because it’s closed on Sunday. Great group energy and always a positive atmosphere…everyone is working to their max and it’ll motivate you to push harder. Never discouraging, boring or a waste of time. Great for every day athletes, recovered cross-fitters and triathletes. Also good for motivated newbies, yogis and anyone wanting to get stronger, leaner and fit.

Everyday i would tell Jodi Ill be there tomorrow and not deliver, finally after some serious soul seaching and internal evaluation I made good on my promise…I know I have a long journey ahead of me but I couldnt be more excited to see whats in store! I love this gym! I have been to many other gyms and this one is by far my favorite. I have been doing personal training and group classes with Jodi and in less than a year have noticed such positive changes in my body. I have to admit, before I started I was a little bit intimidated to try something new and so different than what I was currently doing. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Jodi is so welcoming and works with people on all levels. The people at the gym are also so kind and always willing to help. I have never once felt out of place there! If you are looking for a great trainer, a great gym, with a great atmosphere that will challenge you and change you, this is the place to be!!

Wow, talk about variety and a phenomenal work out I have been going on and off for over two years and can say I have never repeated the workout. Jodi Is an excellent trainer. The workouts are challenging but doable, Jodi is able to make on the spot corrections or variations to accommodate injuries. Be prepared to sweat but you will feel better after the workout. In addition to Jodi the members offer a very friendly and inviting environment. Do yourself and body a favor and come in to experience such a great workout. From my first class I was hooked! Even though I can only do Saturdays, I look forward to it every week! Jodi definitely will kick your butt and keep you moving. The motivation keeps me going at home.
