Please select a class *not valid on Small Group classes. Local residents only.

Note: You are required to sign up for a class. Our commitment to you is that we will come energized and prepared for the day’s class. We will be armed with a class plan, varied and relevant scaling options and a class format that is professional, organized, and well-coached.

We ask that you sign up for class prior as classes will be capped to ensure a quality SWEAT for all of our members. There is a $10 late fee for cancellations that are made two hours before class time as well as no shows to class. If you are on a SWEAT 10 pack, one class will be deducted for late cancels and no shows. We love you, but we need you in class and on time!
